GSA MAS Refresh #28 to Include No Substantive Changes

The General Services Administration (GSA) has just released its 28th Refresh to the Multiple Award Schedule Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001. You may remember it was quite recently that GSA released Refresh 27, which included significant changes to the Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) program, Special Item Number (SIN) retirements, and other updates.

Unlike previous Refreshes, GSA’s MAS Solicitation Refresh 28 has been issued exclusively to resolve a system issue that affected the Mass Modification under Refresh 27. Refresh 28 introduces no new or substantive changes beyond what was revised in Refresh 27. Since there are no changes to the Solicitation with Refresh 28, we recommend reviewing Global Services’ Refresh 27 Blog to familiarize yourself with the noteworthy changes that occurred in GSA’s previous MAS Solicitation Refresh.
