Spence Witten can no longer say that he’s spent his entire career at small shops after having just been acquired by a big company. He previously spent over a decade at small GovCons, most recently serving as VP of Global Sales and Capture at Lunarline – a cybersecurity contractor. When he wasn’t missing proposal deadlines or complaining about how pointless color team reviews are, he racked his brain trying to figure out what the heck to do about BICs. He has won a few, lost way more, and is generally not a huge fan. But since we are seemingly stuck with them for the foreseeable future, he has some tips on making the most of them

The webinar will run approximately 60 minutes.
