GSA Begins Phase II for OASIS+ with Open Continuous Enrollment

On January 13, the General Services Administration (GSA) released Amendment 008 for its next-generation professional services vehicle, One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+), jump starting a flurry of activity.
OASIS+ Phase II Request for Proposals (RFPs)
The updated solicitations include the following contracts:
- Total Small Business (SB)
- SBA-Certified 8(a) SB (8(a))
- SBA-Certified Women-Owned SB (WOSB)
- Unrestricted (UR)
OASIS+ Phase II Submissions
With this new Amendment OASIS+ is expanding to include 5 more domains and is opening for continuous, rolling admissions indefinitely. If for any reason they need to close any specific domain or solicitation, GSA will announce it with enough lead time for Contractors to prepare.

- Technical and Engineering
- Research and Development
- Management and Advisory
- Environmental
- Intelligence Services
- Enterprise Solutions
- Facilities Services
- Logistics
- Business Administration (New)
- Financial Services (New)
- Human Capital (New)
- Marketing and Public Relations (New)
- Social Services (New)
Offerors are currently allowed to submit a proposal that includes multiple domains under one solicitation. While there is currently no timeline for when proposals will be awarded, they will be evaluated in the order they are received. All timelines will adjust according to the volume of submissions. Be aware that OASIS+ requires the use of the Symphony Procurement Suite (OSP) for all submissions.
