First OASIS+ Phase II Awards Released
By Molly Iglinski-Houghtaling on May 15, 2026
On May 12, 2026, the General Services Administration (GSA) released the first round of Phase II apparent awardee notifications for all six One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) solicitations. Formal awards and Notices to Proceed (NTPs) are expected on or around May 22, 2026, pending final legal review.
What is OASIS+?
OASIS+ is GSA’s next-generation contract vehicle for integrated professional services. It builds on the original OASIS program and expands access across federal agencies.
The vehicle supports a wide range of services, including:
- Management consulting
- Engineering and scientific support
- Logistics and program management
- Enterprise and digital services
Because of its flexibility, OASIS+ will shape how agencies buy complex services over the next decade.
Phase II Award Categories
The Phase II announcements span all major contract tracks, including:
- Unrestricted (UR)
- Total Small Business (SB)
- SBA-Certified 8(a) SB (8(a))
- SBA-Certified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned SB (SDVOSB)
- SBA-Certified HUBZone SB (HZ)
- SBA-Certified Woman-Owned SB (WOSB)
These awards mark a major milestone. Winning a spot on OASIS+ gives contractors long-term access to federal opportunities across multiple agencies, reducing barriers to entry for future task orders.
What This Means for Contractors
OASIS+ uses an open enrollment model, meaning GSA will continue to accept new offerors and release updates over time.
This means contractors who were not selected in the first round still have a path forward. However, they must stay informed. GSA continues to release clarifications and respond to industry questions through the program website.
Contractors should monitor updates closely. Even small changes can affect eligibility, evaluation criteria, and proposal strategy.
How to Prepare for OASIS+ Phase II
For organizations planning to pursue an OASIS+ Phase II award, this is a critical moment. Strong submissions require more than technical capability. Contractors must also demonstrate:
- Clear and relevant past performance
- Full compliance with evolving requirements
- A strong understanding of evaluation criteria
Preparation should start now. Teams should refine past performance narratives and validate compliance elements. They should also ensure proposal infrastructure is ready for rapid response.
Early preparation improves both efficiency and scoring outcomes.
