Jonathan McClure will share his experience and best practices managing and leading multi-participant proposal development teams in all stages of the proposal lifecycle. He will present the steps and process for creating a successful proposal including: Pre-Proposal Planning, Schedule Development, Proposal Outlining, Proposal Development, Color Team Proposal Reviews and Recovery, and Proposal Production/Submission. He will discuss the roles of Proposal Managers, Business Development professionals/Capture Managers, Technical Experts, Writers and Editors, Graphic Designers and Desktop Publishers, and other bid team members to create winning federal proposal responses in a time-sensitive environment. He provides tips for implementing best practices and standard procedures/processes throughout the entire proposal lifecycle.
Mr. McClure holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a Master’s degree from the University of California – Irvine, and is certified by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (CF APMP). As a Proposal Manager at Global Services, he assists clients in implementing best practices and standard procedures/processes throughout the entire proposal lifecycle.
